14 years selling real estate across the Top of the South has taught me many things.
The most important of these is that Real Estate is not about houses, it's about people.
Once you come to understand that, everything that you do in your business flow from this. The way you treat people, the way you talk to them and engage with them. The way you work with them to make them feel they are not just a number in a transaction but a real person with real needs, wants and emotions.
This is what I encourage in my team in every day.
